Has anyone attempted to replace the black hard plastic front corner bumper strip? (Part #51-11-8-125-309)

I have headlight washer nozzles but no park distance control. There is a chrome strip on the top that may need to be removed first, or it may all come off as one unit. I am not sure how the headlight nozzle is connected either.

If you’ve tried it or done it, please let me know how it went. Thanks!
