In 2010 I fixed up a 1987 325 and sold to my nephew.
Last week I got the car back, after he added 80k miles to it, odo now at 216k.

I've got a list of work to do on the car then it will be up for sale.

Initial list of work:
- radiator hose - replaced
- shifter knob - replaced with Amazon clone
- battery - installed a new one from Autozone - H6 AGM battery
- clean exterior - done

- replace steering wheel, use MSport 325is 3spoke I have in garage

- replace roundels on hood, trunk, wheels - ordered
- Water pump - ordered
- Timing belt - ordered
- fix odometer, gears ordered
- drivers door lock - ordered rebuild kit

- registration/tabs
- Clean interior - started
- Fix the driver's seat - started
- brake lights
- turn signals
- check all fuses

- muffler - do straight pipe instead
- adjust drivers door and replace seal
- wiper linkage - find replacement

- tie rod ends
- control arms
- extra parts from Pelican, they've been kicking around the garage
- replace missing tools in the trunk
- fix tachometer, likely reflow solder on instrument cluster
