Years ago I bought an electronic tire pressure guage at the local Stealer, and it has started acting strangely.
It no longer takes a reading, even tho it seems to run up normally:
1- press the 'On' button;
2- display shows '188.8' (all-segment test of display);
3- display changes to '100.0'
4- display goes dark.
Doesn't seem to take or hold a reading like it used to. If I press 'On' and then press and hold the 'zero set' button, it flickers and then displays '00.0', which is what it used to show, but then it turns off and fails to take or hold a reading as before.
Anyone out there know if there is a button press sequence to reset it and get it working again?
