There are a LOT of "shames" here!
1. You gotta love how MUCH they spent on cars that needed SO much work! Each of those beat up, needs tons of work cabrios was over $2,200.00. Each one had parts falling off and all needed body work. I think we would ALL have done better than that!
2. What idiot would buy a used car and then immediately take it out to track it, without checking hoses etc?
3. They don't drive cars very well, do they??? I bet Dale could have tracked the pants off those wankers, even in the clinkers they bought!
I feel very sorry for the cabrios... I bet, with some initial TLC, they would have all done much better. Of course, the pubic hairs and feces would have been somewhat of a turnoff!!!
Thanks for posting this Dale! _________________ Cosmo - 1985 BMW 325e, Single Owner, 265,000+ ORIGINAL miles and still going strong! But now on the East Coast and the salt air corrosion is eating my beautiful car alive...

Friggin non-stop snow here all winter... 400+ inches so far, and it's snowing again now! Poor Cosmo has barely seen daylight, let alone me! In two weeks or so, I'll have enough snow gone from the front of the garage that I'll be actually able to get him out the door and back on the road again!
Glad to hear you're doing well D... _________________ Cosmo - 1985 BMW 325e, Single Owner, 265,000+ ORIGINAL miles and still going strong! But now on the East Coast and the salt air corrosion is eating my beautiful car alive...

thanks.
and right back atcha...
cosmo has been to NY and back, and i hope to see it (and you) at the picnic this year ...it snows a bit here, but mostly rain, rain, with a chance of rain to break up the rain spells. then it rains again....but spring/ summer and fall is really fun...(didn't mean to steal the thread)...Robert1700 stopped by tonight, and wasn't drivin his e30 which is very rare...and i was working on a bike...then it started to rain again. _________________ .......... |
