My 1993 525 tds has sudden become very lethargic. I takesmuch longer to gain speed. When the air-conditioner is on I feel it when the thermostat goes on and of by the sudden lurches in speed. But the exhaust seems fie. No billows of smoke as seen in old weak diesels. BTW how do I know if the Garret turbo on it is functioning?
