I'm a new member and can't wait to hear from you knowledgable owners.

My wifes temperature control and vent control on her 2001 Z3 are not working correctly.

The vent changes from defroster and feet but not to dash vents and the temperature control does not move to the "heat" side and she is cold in the am going to work.

How do I get the panel off to look at the backside of the control dials?

There is no obvious way to unscrew it?!?!?!?

Thanks so much for any help
Rich
