My friend just put Ford Taurus side skirts on his E30. I have not seen his car but does anyone have any pictures or information about this mod?

they can be seen on e30tech.com.

many opinions on them, and depending on how much cutting/ re-molding they did, it turns out either hideous or semi ok if you look at it straight on. (not at angles or from the front/rear)

for all the work involved, why not just install e36 knock offs

The problem with adding any side skirts is that the rear end does not blend and leaves a lot to be desired. "is" side skirts work the best IMO, but still dont blend well with the rear causing it to look funny.
