Hello,
It is starting to snow now and I will be interested in using my DSC. I wonder how much it will help with traction.
Also, I wondered how sensitive it is to being switched on and off while underway? Is this recommended or is it better to switch to DSC while in "park" or "neutral"?
There does not seem to be much info out there regarding the DSC system.

Thanks,
Rick

Won't hurt to switch on & off whilst under way, but why would you want to?

If you live in the snow belt, best get a set of 4 snow tires, on their own wheels. M&S-rated tires may work if you're in a place with just dustings.

Also, if you are that unsure about the workings of the stability control system, after the first snowfall, I would go to a remote, empty parking lot and test out the system, both on and off, and see what it does. I'd try both mashing the gas from a stop, as well as turning once you are moving.
