my 325e's passenger side seatbelt female piece seems to be broken. it can be pressed down, but wont return back up on it's own. i tried lubricating it but it didnt help. i've found if i push the male part of the belt into it i can use a knife to pull the red plastic piece back up to lock the belt in. obviously i cant do this for much longer, LOL! any suggestions? or does someone have a stalk they can part with which i could just bolt in place of the old one? thanks. _________________ '87 325e 5 spd - 325,000 miles - a real cream-puff! |

i think i paid 17 bucks at the Dealer.
i could check the receipt pile, but it was so affordable, i just bought the set. (and they actually had them in stock).
this WAS AFTER i tried those "used" ones that said were good.
like above statement, its just best to replace w/new. _________________ .......... |
