Two sets of pics this time:

The sheetrock was finished last Friday Sept 08.
Saturday I bought paint supplies and hired a couple of guys to help me
out and we got the basement primered.

Sunday our Trim guy started work and mostly finished by Monday 9/11.

Next is putty, more primer, and paint.

Install vanity and toilet.

Finish the foam insulation in the hallway by this coming Saturday.
This shows a 4x8 sheet installed on the right side of the hallway.
I had to grind off all the loose paint and loose motor before using
smelly glue on the wall. Then put the foam insulation up and braced
it in place for an hour or so.

Sunday the trim guy comes back to finish the bathroom and hallway.

Then next week the electrician comes back to do the trim out of the electrical.

Then epoxy coat the floors, and get final inspections and we're done.

This corner will have a sink, which is why we have the hookup and drain there.

The setback area to the right of the closet will likely have a small fridge for chocolate and supplies storage:

Once the stuff is out of the way we'll have a nice view of the sound from both basement bedrooms:

Installed an access panel next to the hot water heater so we can easily get at the plumbing behind the bathroom wall:

Also behind the washer/dryer:

The window ledges turned out nicely, we're predicting the cats will love these!

Looks like you are making good progress Dale. I bet you will be glad to get that finished up.
