Hey Jeff.
I'm going to keep it. It has gotten me thru high school, college, and now into my 2nd year of grad school.
I probably will never sell it...though I always say I will
This summer I'm installing my AC Schnitzer body kit and I will proably start working on finally adding the BMP Headers, and a schrick cam.
I have recently added a Jim C chip, Scorpion SS exhaust, and a BMP E30 intake kit. _________________ 88' 325i

Hey Jim,
Your car is still looking good, nice new mods.
I noticed the picture of your Torker. Josh raced a yellow Torker XL, they're nice bikes. The bike is in storage for his boys when they get older. _________________ Steve

Thanks Steve.. Love the cirrus blue metallic e30's. Beautiful color.
I expect mine to be better than ever before in the upcoming years.
About the bike..That's awesome. Josh never told me he had a Torker..then again I never raced. I just participated in dirt jumping. BMX style/non-racing.
Torkers are solid bikes. Impressive...The boys are going to have a blast with that bike!
They are quite rare nowadays. I recently I tried researching their 2006 bmx/trail bike line. I couldn't find anything..and that leads me to believe the bmx/trail line is out of production. To bad. I was going to buy a new 06' model. I don't like any other makes..so I will just keep my 99' model.
Steve, If you ever need help with your e30, esp sourcing parts, looking for advice..send me an email or pm. My father is president of BMW CCA pocono. He knows alot of contacts throughout the world of the cca. _________________ 88' 325i

It's a stock front valence. Came on the car. OEM.
My car is a 1988 (10-27-87 production).
88' models are unique because it was the first year of the facelifted cars...only difference is the 88's had the aluminum bumpers and the 89-91 had plastic bumpers.
Only 1988 cars look like this.
(However in late june 1988 they started adding the plastic bumpers)
I have both OEM spoiler lips. The sport & the regular. I like the regular because I never scrape it. _________________ 88' 325i

Very cool information. I have an 89 cabrio. It sounds like a similar situation, facelift body, but metal bumpered. Does that mean I can take the valence that I was going to use for the plastic bumper conversion and my cabrio metal bumpers (they have plastic surrounds) will fit right over them just like yours? Or is the 88 valence different from 89+?
This is sounding really easy for me. I actually don't mind the metal bumpers, but I do mind the foglights hanging off them! If I could just swap valences then I would keep the metal bumpers and sell the plastic ones I bought |
