| Right now mommy and daddy fund me while I'm in college. I just quit my job at the Walmart photo center. I was a photo lab specialist which means I got paid a little over minimum wage. lol. What college are you in bimmer boy? |

I'm on an HHMI predoctoral fellowship until I finish grad school, which should be this year.
I have made my living in the past in tech support, web design, as a cocktail waitress and as a barista at Starbuck's. |

Primary funds come from IBM.
Secondary funds come from Stock Market plays.
Third level funds come from website design and side-job PC work.

Am I the only one around here who earns an honest living? 
I'm a chartered engineer working for a water supply company, but I don't do much engineering, now, more finance/value management , prioritisation of funding etc. |

I go to Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY. I don't get paid that much for work-study, so I'm pretty much living off my dwindling bank account. I saved up (hopefully enough) cash for the year while working as a shift-supervisor at a CVS over the summer and the past couple years.
... becoming a crack dealer looks more and more attractive everyday. |

| I'm a full-time college student as well, and I work part time for Sears. I have a very nice desk-job, and have worked for Sears for 4 years. I get paid pretty well I think. And as an added bonus, I can post on this forum while I'm workin'... |

Worked on the Boeing 777, 757, Iridium Satellite Cell phone project, and currently, Amazon.com.
What about the past?
3 years in the Army, 45N, Tank Turret Mech.
moving and storage company
writing custom software for small biz in college
pc repair tech for small shop
etc, etc, etc

Primary job: Manage IT/Security services group at an ergonomics consulting firm (No we don't make/sell funky mouse pads, keyboards, and chairs).
Secondary job: IT consulting and basic through advanced network design, PC repair, and A/V systems and integration. Dabble in web design. Perform odd job handiwork.
Third job: Support board_nerd as a pornographer  Bern shika bern nern ( <--cheesy porn music) |
