I'm having lots of flaky electrical problems and the fuses and relays all seem OK, so I have decided to try replacing the ignition switch. I have but one question: if I replace the switch do I also need to have the ignition (and doors and trunk) rekeyed?

Thanks!

MR

As I recall, the switch and tumbler are one unit. Take the new one to a good locksmith to get it rekeyed for your key.

Ignition switch is separate from the tumbler. No rekeying is required.
