Once my 1995 E36 328 warms up about 40% the engine missfires and is very rough. When driving its unrefined and I think below power. Also emmission test shows rich mixture. Is this the O2 sensor or is there another likely cause. As far as I know there are only 2 O2 sensors on this car, one for each 3 cylander exhaust manifold........is this correct?

Changed my two O2 sensors but car runs only slightly better. Discovered by chance that when I put the aircon on the idle picks up and smooths out . Any suggestions as to whats going on or which area I sould look into now?

Get it checked by some professionals. There may be some other problems.
