My OBC displays 25.5 litres of fuel when the fuel gauge shows empty (I took the fuel sender unit out in order to similate an empty tank.) I did try to zero this setting by turning the setting screw in the OBC front pannel. It gives me a maximum reading of 64 and minimum of 25.5 litres although the tank is empty. Does annyone know how to reset the display to 6.6 litres when the tank is on reserve?

according to the bentleys, the OBC gets it's fuel info from two inputs. Above reserve, the fuel level sender provides a variable resistance path to ground, brown/gray wire via pin 4 of the white 26 pin connector on the istrument panel to the fuel guage then to the OBC via the yellow 26 pin connector pin 5, Brown/green wire to pin 15 on the module. Below 1.5 gallons a direct connection to ground through the sender is passed through the brown /gray wire on pin 5 of the white connector. This signal goes to pin 18 of the OBC through a brown/gray wire from pin 4 of the yellow connector.

If your fuel guage and warning light are acting correctly then I would guess the sender and assorted connections are ok. May just be a bad ODC. Fuses 10, 12, 21, 23, and 27 all control functions of the OBC, may want to clean the connections and replace the fuses. Outside chance that may be the problem. Good luck.

just had another thought, may be bad solder joints on your instrument panel board. See the wacky fuel guage listing on the list.
