I recently came across a 1985 535I which is in rather sad condition. Been setting apart for about 6 years;

Engine has been taken apart, pieces everywhere and No cylinderhead.
Interior vandalized, power seats still in fair to good condition. Dash taken apart.
Exterior body in good condition, one small ding in left front fender.
Stock wheels and tires.
Odometer reads 135000 miles
No noticeable rust, west coast car.

Questions I have are;

Will the 5 speed fit my 1973 3.0cs coupe, currently a 4-speed is installed.
What is a fair offering price for a E12 in similar condition.
