From what I've seen, in terms of published graphs of power increases, recent BMWs are so well engineered that these "performance upgrades" offer minimal increases, not even worth the money, in my opinion.

If the vendor cannot offer you proof of the increase (by way of dynamometer printouts), or, at least, a full money-back guarantee, you are pissing your money away.
