There are many hoses in the fuel system under the hood. The ones least likely to have been replaced are the short lengths that are between the fuel rail and each injector. Also check every other fuel hose carefully, since the system is pressurized to about 50 psi, or more. Be sure to use hose for high pressure fuel injection systems; ordinary fuel hose will not hold the pressure.
Check the charcoal cannister to see if it's rusted out (as was apparently your gas tank). This item is under the hood, and looks like a 1 lb coffee can.
Don't use a match to find leaks! |

In particular check the hose that leads from your fuel rail and goes in and under your manifold. If you have some else turn on your car and you look I can fine mists of fuel. |
