I received this and several other inquiries about the carbon fiber insert piece that I recently purchased from Milos Klacko, one of our fellow Netters. I will just reprint a previous post, which gives all the details.

The original, plastic glove box inset comes out with a gentle pry with a screwdriver. You then stick the carbon fiber piece on with 3M sticker. Easy, and it transforms the interior of the otherwise pretty bland M3 cockpit. I highly recommend it.

it just came, and looks great!!
I will let you know how the install goes (one-armed). I will definitely want the whole set of pieces.
